Bee Hives and Honey Bees

See the inside of a bee hive. We will open up a hive and observe how young bees are raised, food is stored, and see the three casts of bees in the hive. You will be given a protective bee jacket to wear that has a bee veil attached for your face. You must wear closed toe shoes and long pants. Every precaution is being taken that you won't be stung. However, honey bees are live insects and not always predictable. Everyone will be asked to sign a waiver upon arrival. Please no one under the age of 10. Children between the ages of 10 and 15 must be accompanied by a guardian. Sign up is required.

Do you love classic cars? Do you own a classic car? We are looking to start a group for people that have an interest in classic cars. Jigsaw Puzzle

Pickleball Levels

Level 2 and below: Inconsistent in shots, little
knowledge of court awareness.
Level 2 – 3: Can sustain a short rally, developing
a decent forehand, backhand still a struggle.
Level 3 – 4: Able to hit a medium-paced ball,
consistent on serves and most hits.
Level 4 – 4.5: Very consistent with shots, can
control speed of shots, spins on serve.

Pickleball – All Levels, Adult only

We will work on sewing projects of our own choosing and/or offer mending services. For those who are sewing, bring your own machine and project. Come in the Garrett entrance where there will be carts for you to transport your equipment to the room. Equipment provided: ironing board, iron, cutting mat, rotary cutters, rulers. Fridays’ time frame will be 9:00 am - 9:00 pm. Saturdays’ time frame will be 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. For mending services, you may show up during any of these times frames.

Volleyball
