Why We Worship
At College Church, we believe individual and congregational worship is vital in our spiritual journey. Worship is a response of humility, gratitude, and joy for God’s greatness and work in our lives (Psalm 100; Isaiah 44:23; Isaiah 51:11). Our mission is to provide intentional time and space to express worship to God and to be formed in our Christian faith through that expression. We desire to embrace the simple rhythm of God’s revelation, and our response.
This response occurs through music and art but also through prayers, scripture, receiving communion, listening, and reflection. We desire to honor the Lord through diverse and holistic expressions that gives Him glory and transforms us as individuals and as a faith community.
How We Worship
At College Church, we believe we were made to worship Jesus. The Creative Worship and Production ministry exists to worship Jesus through the beauty of creative expression. Whether through a choir and orchestra in our 9am Gathering, a band and worship team in our 10:30am gathering, in Spanish in our Hispanic ministry at 1030am, or through the many creative expressions of the production ministry, we gather each week to pour out praise to Jesus. We are unified in mission and diverse in how we express our worship.
We have many ways you can serve and we’d love to hear from you!
